I have a divine one that uses cottage cheese and heavy cream but you need gelatin to hold it together. Please let me know if you are interested (for years I could not make it because I could not get kosher gelatin).

I have an Israeli one (from the back of an Osem pudding package) that also calls for gelatin, but I don't remember using it. It probably made a somewhat looser cake, but It defintely came out in pieces and not scoops like a mousse. I imagine if you are using cream cheese or the like it would be fine since the water content is lower.

Here's one my sister gave me, but I never tried. I think she sent it to me last Shavuos, though, and if so, it's really heavenly.

base:
10-15 bicuit crumbs
1 oz (24 gr) butter melted
spread out on bottom of pan

top
500 gr 9% cheese (drain)
2T sugar
1 shamenet (don't drain)
1 pkg vanilla pudding instant
200 gr. good quality white (or milk) chocolate

mix first 4 ing until smooth.
melt chocolate - mix in until smooth
freeze until partially frozen

I also can't get 9% cheese. I would have made it with the 5% cheese I can get here, which is what I did with the other recipe my sister gave me. I don't think it makes a huge difference. Maybe put in some extra sour cream.

You can always mix cream cheese and marshmallow fluff and put into graham cracker crust. Puke
My brother in law just told me that's what they do with kids in release time. What

I just got this from someone. Maybe you can get these ingerdients.

So first you make the crust from crushed busicuts and butter. She didn't have exact amounts but maybe someone else here can help with that.

Whip one milchig whiped cream.
In a seperate bowl, mix 750 gr of gvina levana (5% cheese??), 2 envelopes of vanilla sugar and 3/4 c. of sugar.
Fold into the whip, pour into the crust and refridge for a few hours.

Thats it, its really easy.
