We did option B. I regretted it for a while (I go back and forth). But slowly slowly more frum ppl are buying in my part of town as the more popular area gets snatched up and is much more expensive. I have to walk them to friends houses but overall I think the tradeoff is worth it.

Literally in the same position.
B is also harder for us because it’s further from shul, playgroup, our friends and community ect.
We rented for now in A (central neighborhood) to see if we can live with the less space and more neighbors. We are loving the location (close to family, tons of kids around) but I’m still on the fence because the house is 500 sq ft smaller then the further options. I live in a city, space is at a premium.
