I was going to bake a cake for Shabbos using a recipe that calls for vanilla pudding mix. Turns out I bought lemon pudding mix by mistake. Any ideas for what I can make with it? Besides lemon pudding.

I have a delicious recipe for lemon crinkle bars
2 and a half cups flour
Half a cup of sugar
Half a cup of brown sugar
3/4 tsp of baking soda
3/4 a cup of oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 eggs
One instant pack of lemon pudding
Confectionery sugar
Mix all the ingredients together besides for the confectionery sugar
On a cookie sheet shape the dough into two long skinny logs
Sprinkle them with the confectionery sugar
Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Slice when warm
