Are there cookie recipes where the dough can be frozen and baked later?

I do it all the time with any cookie dough recipe. I shape, freeze on a cookie sheet, and then put into a ziplock bag. Defrost and bake as needed.
There are also recipes where you roll the dough into a log, freeze, then slice and bake.

I do this with the basic chocolate chip cookie recipe and feel like a brilliant mother, baking fresh cookies at the drop of a hat. Enjoy feeling brilliant!

Of course! I freeze all cookie doughs and have never had it not work beautifully.
