My kids really want to do an ice-cream themed mishloach manos. I think that the costumes can be cute and work well for all ages (ice cream parlor workers), however, I do not want to deal with mishloach manos that needs to be kept frozen. Any ideas for a mishloach manos that can fit into an ice cream theme but does not need to be frozen?

People do cupcakes in ice cream cones so that it looks like an ice cream.
Also I’ve see a mini cake with a cone on top and frosting dripping down with sprinkles , to look like a melting ice cream cone that fell.

You can give out everything but the ice cream
Cones and toppings
They make ice cream shaped candies (like candy corn)
