Looking for a lightweight stroller with the following criteria Hiding
- have or have an option of bar by kids
- decent (doesn't have to be large but enought to fit 2 bags) storage basket
- less than 18lbs
- holds child at least 50lbs
- drives smoothly
- opens and closes smoothly (doesn't necessarily have to be one hand)
-reclines at least mostly down

Don't have specific price range yet ; just want to know what the good options are.

Thanks!

ETA: material MUST BE WASHABLE!

Look into valco baby or the classic city mini

First ones that come to mind are the Silver Cross Jet and Zoe Tour +. Looks like silver cross hits all of your categories, except I didn’t think the fold was super smooth. Not a nightmare, but not as easy as some like the minu.

Zoe tour + it looks like only reclines to 165deg and is only tested up to 45lbs.

The cybex eezy S, beezy, inglesina quid, and the Valco snap 4 might be good options as well.

another vote for the butterfly. I bought it after recommendations from on here. I love it.

I didn't get the butterfly because there was no bassinet option. I got the joolz aer instead because I saw reviews that it was as good as butterfly and you can buy a bassinet.

Some vocal baby just goes one above a few things on my criteria.
It's 19 lb, not 18.
it only holds 48.5 lb

But I love the hood!! And basket...

Regarding the classic City mini, I'm not sure if I want a sporty look

Did you feel that it was a junky feel?
How about handling city bumps?

ETa: did you buy the bar by the kids separately?

Do you know anything about the inglesina quid? I was actually looking into that but don't know anyone who got it...

I read mixed reviews on Amazon about the cybex more recent models so it makes me hesitant...

Regarding the silver cross, I love the look and read good reviews. The only gripe is that the basket seems small- is that true?

Can the butterfly hold a chunky kid or will they feel claustrophobic in it? It seems narrow...

I had the first model of the Cybex Eezy S Twist and wouldn’t recommend it. The way it folded down eventually tore through the back fabric. I don’t know whether that was fixed.

I would look into the Butterfly and the Minu. Don’t have either but from my own research they seem like solid options.

I’m nearly 40 weeks so when baby finally decides to show up and I get to use it I can let you know. I didn’t get the bar, planning to use the bassinet to start iyh.

I have the butterfly. My kid is a tall 2.4 year old and fits comfortably. It’s advertised to hold bigger kids. Very smooth ride. I love everything about it. I’m not sure what you mean by bar. They recently came out with a board to attach for a standing child.

You can buy a bar separately. A bar for the seat. I bought the butterfly and the bar.

Sorry if I wasn't clear

This is an example of the bar
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Y.....ss_tl

Not all strollers come with it and I believe it is better to have...

Also for those that have strollers without footrest like (Joolz Aer), did you find your kids to sleep well in the stroller without it?

I am not using this stroller to put my kids to sleep, but if they do happen to do so, I want to make sure they're comfortable...

If anyone can list the pros and cons of their stroller, that would be great!
