There is a much easier way to make mayo with a stick blender, in the container you store it in
You can use the recipe above if you want

When do you add in the oil when using the stick blender?

Thank you for the quick response! I can’t open YouTube so I’m just confirming that the oil is placed in the container together with everything else.

Yes and then you place the stick all the way on the bottom
DONT MOVE IT - SUPER IMPORTANT
Once you see that most of it became mayo
Then slowly lift until the rest is incorporated

Thank you! Trying now…
I make gallons of homemade mayo for pesach.. it’s always a job pouring the oil in ever so slowly.. I heard of the stick method, just wasn’t exactly sure what to do.

It’s amazing how it really works
But don’t try to make a huge batch
I’ve only done a double batch at a time
