Sorry, my mistake. They started scheduling sibling interviews, goes by elementary school.

Everyone gets letters the same weeks, though u may heat unofficially thru ur school or other means earlier.
Usually after Pesach.

They called me Sunday, had interview Monday evening.
(my principal's been in touch with them)
