I dont think they know what theyll be dealing with.

There are 2 large apartment buildings near the Bobov45 site and many non Jews live there.

They wont be happy with this.

And people who live on the block wont have access to their cars all night? This doesnt sound good!

What do you think?

I suppose it’s better than by day.
Why wouldn’t they have access? Construction doesn’t mean that the street is completely closed.

They will definitely let residents move their cars out.
They just can’t be bothered with traffic.

I would be more concerned about the noise than anything else.

The actual name of the chassidus (and the way they refer to themselves ) is Bobov 45.

OMG people the Bobov fight is long over.
When you write bobov 45 it’s just their name.

OP is right. The noise will drive the neighbors crazy but they need to fight. Glad I don’t live close by.

You would think that this is the only construction site on 14 Avenue
Personally I would have long moved had I lived in the vicinity of 14 & 51/50/49
Between this construction on 49, and Bobov 48 school on 50th Street, as well as the addition to their school on 51st street, Its insane. The noise levels/traffic etc

Forget about the schools and chedarim on 50th between 13 & 14
Theres Klausenberg, Bobov 48 AND Vein!

I live somewhere else where they did night work and if it’s approved for night it’s generally big machinery that aren’t so loud. It’s not going to be jack hammers. This has been done before and to get permits they need to follow noise laws. I’m sure it won’t be a big deal.
