You're lucky you have a willing sibling. My siblings are staying put where they are.
If I would have even 1 sibling to go with I wouldn't think twice.

Your siblings will be coming to you all winter long, don't worry! We already have awhole bunch of family that want to come to us for shabbosim yomtov etc.

We're technically going on our own but I did meet quite afew people I know at the meet up. Whoever I met there said they're fully in and commited to moving, BH.

Hi I'm in too iyh. About the layouts I do like them much. One thing that bothers me is theres no regular playroom with toy closet🙄 hope will be able to add 1. Really sounds like a great crowd bh!

Yes I know which rav. I don't know if he wants it public. He is a son of a known rabbi. He himself does not have a shul but has lots of followers.

It's not that simple that sibling is still Shana rishona and don't know when that will happen if it really will. It's not like I can go with them, more like I know they will probably follow.

Back on topic, I was actually seriously looking into this but I have older children and I wasn't sure if they'll be opening a high school or not. I didn't join meetings but did see the layouts and they looked nice and big. We are Vien style, Fine and proud Chassidish, no smartphones, Dress Tznius, I drive.

Magnolia, Neon Blue it seems you both really reviewed the layouts carefully. I'm so embarrassed of how excited I am that I didn't even bother checking too closely. I did notice they changed the Pesach kitchen to a better location on the new plans. But otherwise I'm thrilled w the large size and everything. Not to mention the pool....
