A week or 2 ago the mishapacha had 3 recipes for lukshen kugel. The middle one was a savory one. Does somebody have it and can please post it? Tia

3 10 oz bags kemach broad lukshen, cooked and drained
5 large onions, diced
Oil for sauteeing
8 large eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp coarse black pepper
1 cup + 2 Tbsp oil for greasing pan
Preheat oven to 350.
Sautee onions in generous amount of oil until well done but not burnt.
Mix eggs and seasonings well. Add lukshen, sauteed onions and 1 cup oil and mix until combined.
Grease a 9x13 or 11x16 pan with 2 Tbsp oil. Pour mixture in and bake for 1 hour.

Update: it was very very good. The pans they say to use is not correct. I filled up 2 9x13 pans all the way.
