Low and slow
200 for 6-7 hours
225 - 5-6 hours

Can use sauce like:
garlic rib sauce from mikees
Garlic chili sauce from oxygen
Hot and spicy duck sauce
Duck sauve and ketchup

Anything one of those with a 1/4-1/3C of water
