Anyone have a recipe for a Broccoli Spinach Kugel??Using both frozen broccoli and frozen spinach?

1 brick frozen spinach and 1 of brocc, defrosted (u can use the microwave), squeeze out as much water as u can from both. mix together in a shallow 9x13 pan and add 4 eggs, a tablespoon of mayo (lite is fine), and a sauteed onion (or olive oil and onion soup mix). salt, pepper, garlic powder. a fine sprinkling of bread crumbs or matza meal on top. 350 for about an hour until the kugel is set and the top is crispy.

What size are the bricks of spinach and broccoli? Also what kind- chopped cuts etc??

standard square bricks, I think they are 1 lb or 12 oz. cuts or chopped works. whole leaf and spears are still tasty but the texture wont be as fine and also the kugel will be difficult to cut nicely.
