I'm really not good with meat but I have minute steak I want to serve Friday night. How should I cook it and keep it warm?

hi I just made it now a drop of water on the bottom and then put meat and sliced onions in circle and put on top with some red and yellow pepper with some spices on top , paprika and garlic powder and some salt cover it well put it in the oven for 350 for two hours

How do you keep the rest of your food hot?
I use a hot plate. Don't put the meat directly on, it needs either 2 pans or a water bath.
If you think it needs more liquid, add some chicken soup.
