the nhs dentist I am trying to get into is not accepting new patients.
private dentist said tooth may need to be removes as cavity too near the nerves or something.
anyone know of a good holistic dentist that will not just advise tooth extraction?

Use Google.
And FWIW, I've used a holistic dentist, not in London but she did remove teeth, did root canal treatments, etc when it was necessary just as any other dentist. Especially when inflation or a cavity is too near a nerve. You don't want to get inflammation in your jawbone. If it is still a primary teeth/milk teeth the new adult teeth will grow later since the milk teeth don't have roots in the jawbone.
