I know this is really gross, but I need help, lately I have been finding little like one inch thing worms in different parts of my house, this morning it was in a pot. on friday on one plate of china, I dont know where to even look up to see what they are and where they could be coming from.
anyone have any ideas of common worms/larve that might infest a house and what do do about it?

It's probably moth larvae.

yup we had that once. and I could NOT find the 'source' or any place where they seemed to be coming from. I just kept cleaning and cleaning and trying to keep the place from being damp and all.
eventually it died down, and there was only an occasional one.
then the ants crawled in the open window.

yuck OP - that's as bad (or worse) than the lizards who call my house "home."
