I find for the summer it's a bit more difficult to find because it's harder to define what shabbos pjs are. In the winter, it's easy - nice velour. I did get two nice pairs from amazon- Burt's bees. You can try to see if it's your style.

I usually get from Little Loungers https://littleloungers.com/
I'm on their email list so when they're on sale I get an email and order. I'm not sure about regular pricing but I think it's pretty standard for Shabbos pjs. I've also gotten from Petit Clair but when they're not on sale they're pricier I believe.

I got these on Amazon as well. There was only one option that was available in all the sizes I need. They look nice. I hope they hold up well.
