There are the hotels in the area including Park House Hotel and Avenue Plaza Hotel. It may be expensive though especially if you have to buy food (although you can probably get all food at the bikur cholim room in the hospital if necessary).

I once stayed at Bikur Cholim accommodations right down the block from Maimonides and ate all (three day yom tov) meals provided by Bikur Cholim at the patients bedside. This was years ago before Covid, try to get their number to call and see what they can do for you.
