Kinda think the only place a seder should be at a home setting (grandparents/family even friends etc.) just my opinion. 🤷

A wonderful opportunity to create a beautiful family filled with traditions, memories (if possible if the circumstances allow for it)

What does that mean? It should or should not be with grandparents?
Where should it not be? Feel free to share why this is your opinion.

Great. So why don't you do that? Why do you think you need to tell others what they should be doing? You deal with your family and let others deal with theirs. It's not so complicated.

How is it unpopular if 3/4 of people stay home. Do you know what unpopular means?

OP, please elaborate. We would love to hear you expound on your opinions.
Who should it be with?
Why?
What should it not be?
Why not?

We would love your experience/background which has been instrumental in formulating these opinions.

The seder is literally chinuch, vihigadita lvincha. Wherever you spend it, that's your mode of chinuch.

While I most prefer to be at home, my home, for pesach, especially sedarim...I don't blame someone for preferring being at someone else's home or at some other venue. It's all hard work.....everyone should be able to choose their preferred "hard".

Yes you can. Either at your own table in a big room with each at their own table or in a private dining room.

Almost every program has choices, to eat at your own or join others. Most even have 2 seater tables. I’ve never heard of any forcing you to join others.

This thread is weird. Seder is chinuch no matter where you are, and do what you want and let everyone make their own decisions? What’s it to you? Is your husband forcing you to go to a program?
