Technically mine was oatmeal because my kids wanted oatmeal for breakfast and I sampled it.
But the first interesting thing I made was banana bread, which was ready by brunch.
Funnily, this year I didn't have anything planned to make/buy first thing post-Pesach, but this morning I saw 3 overripe bananas on my table, almost threw them away, then was hit with inspiration.
I've been living on Israel for over 10 years, but still totally cook/eat like an American! I know a lot of the Israelis in a whatsApp group I'm part of, we're lining up at a certain bakery motzei chag to buy fresh pita bread.

DH bought pita and lachmaniyot at the makolet this morning. So that was our breakfast and lunch. I made pasta for dinner. My challah is about to go into the oven. (Shlissel challos, remember!)

Ha. We're still eating leftovers. Some family members had pizza, and we have some cereal in the house. But I have not personally eaten any chametz yet.

I've eaten kitniyot, but no chametz yet.
The others have all had bread, though.

Breakfast cereal, freshly bought.
And later, sliced bread. I thought my kids would want some, but no. Had to eat it alone.

Pretzels, then pasta for lunch. I missed rice more than Chametz though!

I didn’t have chametz yet, just rice for dinner. My kids both ate an entire lachmaniya, which never happens! Then ds2 ate 2 portions of rice and dd4 ate 3 portions. We really missed rice around here!!
Also, oatmeal for breakfast sounds amazing, will definitely do that tomorrow!!
