Umm, What! Why?!
Why would you not switch back before Monday?
Barring any extra special circumstances, and even if you may not be in any rush to eat chometz, why would you wait until Monday to switch back?

We went to a neighbor's memuna and had mufletot. Didn't turn back over until Friday (extenuating circumstances), but still ate plenty of chametz.
