We had this discussion on a different thread…. Some responses were that they sell Judaica so they can be open and they’re closed on Saturdays so they can be open on Sundays …

Quite afew stores at American Dream are open on Sundays. There are very easy ways around it.

Not really, they’re doing it illegally. Certain products can be sold on Sundays, but only those products. So even if the store is selling books and therefore allowed to be open, they are not allowed to sell clothes or shoes or accessories

No they aren’t, do research before accusing a frum business of violating a (very backwards remnant of the past) law. They are closed Saturday so they are open Sunday

No way are they doing it illegally. That's not really possible in such a large mall....

I wish you were correct, but you are not. If you were, Carly’s Craze, Yakira Bella, Suede &Co., and Solène - all in Teaneck would both be open on Sunday.
FYI, the law gets voted on every few years and the overwhelming majority continue to vote to maintain Blue Laws.

So are you saying they played the game too? Does that change the actual laws?
