How can I keep her from knocking the can over? Although maybe she'll lose interest once she can't access what's inside...

Simply human mytoddlers cannot navigate this lock and I’ve got some pretty smart cookies . The only trouble is getting the older kids to remember to lock it

Tall enough can so the toddler can't reach inside and bungee cord to wall table etc

Yes, if it’s properly latched. It’s made to be dog proof as well
