Im looking for both Shabbos take out and restaurants that use clean ingredients
No consume
No msg
Can find foods with no sugar and no preservatives
Meat or Dairy ok
Takeout that has clean chicken broth and perhaps other soup flavors
Clean meats that don’t have bottled sauces
Veggies and salads that are not full of dressings, soy sauce etc.
I know salad bars are ok but sometimes you want hot food.
And that the info is reliable
Im very sensitive and been working hard on eating clean Whole Foods

Who has clean take-out food for Shabbos
100% natural chicken soup, no powder consume,
Meat that doesn’t have jar sauces or starches
And a veggie side made with no sauces or oil

for dairy another place is cafe paris, everything is very clean and fresh there.
I wish I had suggestions for shabbos takeout but I don't think any exist.

When I said clean I don’t mean cleanliness
I mean natural food

Takeout and natural don’t go together. Commercial food is usually not clean in terms of ingredients. Like someone said you should probably look for someone private to cook for you.

There’s someone in monsey Moskowitz that sells clean food. She has a sister Herman in Flatbush but not sure if the one in Flatbush is only baked goods.
