Mike's Chicken chantzy w posted a version
3 lbs chicken cutlets
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
Marinate chicken for 1 hr
2 cups flour
1 helping Tbsp baking powder
3 garlic cloves or 4 garlic cubes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
Add all this to the bag of marinating chicken (yes directly to wet ingredients). Will be thick, may need water.
3-4 cups corn flakes
3-4 cups frosted flakes
Crush by hand and coat chicken in crumbs.
Fry.
