is this toaster oven considered a sealed oven with that seal on top?
did you have success baking bread in such a oven?
I baked a loaf on the bottom shelf on conventional setting but it came out more wet and sticky
like a cake texture.
taste good but the texture is off?
do I need to bake higher than350 in toaster oven?
longer?
convection setting?
I have a regular convection oven but though conventional is better for bread?

I have made no knead bread in a dutch oven in a counter top oven many times. I had no issues. I cant remember what the brand of oven was but was something like the hamilton beach big toaster that people buy.

I made challahs too. My old apartment had a lousy oven so I used a counter top one for a while. It was a long time ago but it was possible.
