Me & dh are on it & wondering if anyone here has tried it? Results?
I’m only on my first day & have been thinking of food all day.
Normally I don’t eat very much but am a very unhealthy eater. & this is forcing me to eat only foods I’m allowed.

Would love to hear feedback.
want to lose about 5-7 pounds

I don't do it for weight loss but we eat modified paleo at home for health reasons.

I did paleo a few years ago, stayed on for a year or two. I lost 30 lbs. I felt amazing. Stopped when I became pregnant and dr said I need carbs. I also nursed so couldn’t do paleo then also, although someone I know did it pregnant and nursing, just added in super healthy light carbs like sweet potato and quinoa.

I tried going back on after done nursing and I found I just couldn’t keep to it. Now doing a different diet that allows limited carbs, so I guess kind of like paleo but I have my permissible carbs.

The first 2 weeks on paleo were the headrest. I had headaches, felt sluggish. I think this is the withdrawal from sugar and white flour. After the withdrawal goes away, that’s when you start to feel more energetic. If your thinking about food all day, just munch on Raw veggies like peppers, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes.

The paleo diet we’re on includes sweet potatoe. Maybe it changed since you were on it.

Most tubers are allowed, also plantains and all gourds
