1.5 cups almond milk
1.5 TBSP vinegar
3 cups oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt

I know it’s almond milk
But almond milk is made with water
I’ll be eating only 70grams if that makes a difference

Are you Ashkenazi or Sefardi? It makes a difference.

Sephardic
But I’m asking because almond milk has ALOT OF water something like 3-5 parts water (some as much as 8 parts)to 1 part almonds

No. If you use anything other than water, it's mezonot, for Sephardim.

We hold that to be mezonos it has to be a liquid which contains no water. So I use grapejuice or milk but not reconstructed orange juice etc. But we're ashkenazi.

What about the fact that it’s oat flour?
