Can someone help me with an easy recipe for club steak in the oven…
Maybe with onions, garlic, soy sauce?
Or something simple like that, that is delicious and can serve a crowd.

I want to try it now shavuos, and if it works use it for a simcha…

4-6 club steaks
2 onions
1 box baby bella or white mushrooms
1 tbl oil

Saute onions in oil. When done, add sliced mushrooms and saute until lightly browned.

For sauce:
1/4 c. Mushroom teriyaki or barbecue sauce
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder

Put steaks in pan. Cover with onions and mushrooms. Pour sauce on top. Bake at 375 for 90 minutes.

This comes out delicious every time.

Cover tightly before putting pan in oven.
