I made a big batch of mushroom sauce for potato knishes for yom tov and then didn't serve it. What can I do with that now to repurpose it? Any ideas?

I make meatballs in mushroom sauce. Also, roast. Or just freeze and label it till inspiration hits

Ill come get it lol. Love mushroom sauce.
Serve over plain baked schnitzel, turkey, knishes, meat etc. Anything with a relatives dry texture and simple flavor

Mashed potatoes, lots of fried onions, beef patties/cutlets on top, serve with mushroom sauce. That should use up plenty of sauce.
