You need to upload it to an online photo album first. Many of us use Photobucket.
Then click on the code that starts with [im g] and copy it to your post.

Very nice.
There is one thing though.
While this is a member's only forum, it's still a public one. Perhaps your family may not want photos of their daughter on a website for all to see.
If you want to showcase your work, either use your own child(ren), or at least make sure parents won't mind you posting.
