I did it for a while & stopped. It gives a skinny waist but wide hips. The weight from the waist goes to the hips. I don't think it's enough movement to be considered exercise.

Do you know that for a fact or that’s what you’re assuming? Because it could be it gives you a skinny waist which makes your hips look wider, doesn’t mean it sends the weight from one to another

Curious to know if that’s a fact because I won’t do it then

It’s very good exercise. You get a real core workout. Obviously 2 minutes ain’t cutting it but 30 minutes is serious aerobic exercise.

My hips definitely became bigger & I asked a trainer about it, she said that that's what happens.

It's easy and fun exercise, but I wouldn't count on it for weight loss
