Any ideas what color theme papergoods to use for shabos sheva b ?

Anything.
If the wedding had a color scheme, you can use that.
You can also use paper goods that look good with the decor in the room where you're eating.
Or the couple's favorite colors.

If you don’t have any other color to base it if of (flowers, tablecloth, room decor). Then go to the paper goods store and have fun, be creative! Create a scheme! Do the color combinations that aren’t appropriate for other occasions but look good together.
Maybe choose a fancy napkin to use as a basis for the colors.
