Which size Kitchenaid Mixer would be good for challah that I can make the the bracha? Any particular type better than another? (I see there's something with a "Tilt-Head" or "Bowl-Lift". Which is better?) Thanks!

A kitchenaid does not have the motor strength for 5 lbs of dough. It will burn out.

I agree. The motor power on kitchen aid isn't strong enough for bread/challah dough. Kitchen aids are known to be very good for light baking-whisking, cakes etc, but not heavy doughs.
Bosch are the best for challah dough.
