Do plus sizes have different sales than regular? I think they have 50%off now, but maybe it's only online? Not sure

I went yesterday. entire plus size section in the howell/lakewood store was 50% off including weekday! (plus part of being plus size  . weekday clothing in regular sizes was still full price). I got 3 tops for 75!
