Is there an incentive program/ reward system that worked really well for you this year?

I'm a teacher with practically no rewards. Whatever I give is miniscule and ridiculous (think a sticker one a month, and I teach middle elementary).
If you are fun and engaging and there is student buy in, you really don't need them.
I wish I had a good idea of a system, though, because I would use one later in the year, like after Purim.
My friend has an activity for that part of the year where she gives out rubber bands for good answers, participation, etc, and after a few weeks they have a rubber band ball making day!!! Woohoo
Then for the next few days she does things like, if the answer is a bounce your ball on your desk once, if it's b, bounce it twice...
And then it's the end of the program
