Were ihh moving to a new home, and I feel like its an opportunity for new habits, new beginnings etc.

I'm also due to have a baby soon, so with the school year starting id love to plan, and I can use advice, tips n tricks etc.

Situation now is as follows.
We do late nights.
Which make mornings harder.

And generally find myself rushing the kids to get dressed... eat... while I'm throwing snack n sandwiches together, making hair, peyos etc
Wham slam n they're out the door.

I just feel perpetually guilty about the rush that is the start of my kids day.

I'd love a calm morning routine.

If love to hear what it s you do that makes for calm mornings.

I know you won’t like this answer (especially with a new baby) but literally the only thing that helps me is to wake up thirty minutes earlier, get dressed properly and come downstairs not in a irritable fog of tiredness but alert and awake and ready to start the day.

Also I trained my older one to get dressed by himself. Used lots of incentives but it’s so worth it!
