Can you tell me easiest way to do it? Easiest recipes?
And would it work in a regular blender ? Or must it be a special high speed blender?

My mil does. She makes cashew milk and ice cream from it. It's the best pareve ice cream ever. She has a vitamix.

If you don't have a Vitamix (or anything equivalent, if there is anything equivalent) it will come out a bit grainy.

I make vegan vodka sauce with cashews using just an immersion blender and it's literally amazing.
Don't remember exact measurements, though but it has:
soaked cashews
almond/oat milk
tomato sauce
vodka (optional)
nutritional yeast
drop of lemon juice
salt, pepper, italian seasoning
I love cheese, but I could eat this every day.
ETA: I usually never have enough forethought to soak them the night before, but boiling them in water/milk for about 10 minutes works just as well

Sounds delicious and I'd love to try it. I'm a pretty good cook so I don't need exact measurements but If you could tell me how approximately how much nuts and how much milk/water, that would be really helpful.
I once was going to make a chicken Tikka masala with homemade cashew cream but I still haven't tried it.

I would start with about 1 cup cashews to 1 cup liquid, but you can always add more if it's too thick.
