We went and enjoyed, but it helped that there was a group tour going on at the time that we could listen in on. I seem to recall that the tour was in Hebrew, but you could ask about English options. If you just go in by yourself, there are shofaros for sale, but I don't know how much he'll show you about the shofar-making process, worth asking. It also helped that it was really close to the separate Kinor beach where we went swimming afterward.
