Thanks RA Mom!
I saw that online and being that I remember the recipe I used was very simple and had similar ingredients to this Salmon Burgers recipe, I just substituted an equal amt of mixed veg, and they came out really good.

Probably not what you’re looking for, but I use matzoh ball mix, make the mixture with oil and eggs, mix in the cooked frozen veggies, and bake. Comes out yummy
