How much cheese (all types) do you go through in an average week vs. the week of the nine days?
Year round: We go through 2 lbs shredded mozzarella and three tubs of cream cheese
Nine days: 6 lbs (I know it’s crazy!) shredded mozzarella and 6 tubs of cream cheese.

Not a huge difference, not that I keep track. I serve fleishik on Shabbat and leftovers, if any, on Sunday, that's all. The Nine Days hold no terrors for me in this arena, except for "what do I do with the leftovers since I already froze the chicken once before".

Not so much different but it depends on who is home. Last night was a regular supper I would serve any week, tonight was actually pareve.
