How do you teach your kids about Tisha b'Av?

My kids, ages 8-11, have a hard time connecting to it in any way. They don't want to hear about it because they say they know it all. I tried showing a video about it - no success. They just play and overuse screen time. I always feel that I fail to get basic Yiddishkeit across to them. It doesn't help that Tisha b'Av always is when they are not in school, so it never gets covered there, either. At wits end

I don't really teach them about it. But every year I sit on floor with them and I teach them how to draw a picture of yerushalayim.

A Temple in Flames is a good book to start with. I think it was produced by the Ir David organization
