I had two fresh warm blueberry muffins, some baby carrots, water, and iced decaf. I also served leftover lasagna from last night plus other raw veggies.

We had tuna steak with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. The kids and my husband chose that
I had 2 cups of OJ, 2 bottles of Snapple and a bit of fish

We keep it simple: bagel and cream cheese. I made the cinnamon bun cake and had a piece of that. Vitamin water. Now having ice cream to cool off

Too much as usual after a fast.
I feel traumatized that I couldn’t eat all day. My mind tells me to just eat and eat to make up for it. I know it’s not rational.
I had an onion roll with cream cheese
2 slices of homemade cake
A chocolate rugelah
A few bites of penne a la vodka
A few cups of Powerade
And I’m not even full
But I was satisfied 2 hours ago when I was done my meal… but now I can eat again if I had strength to walk down the stairs to the kitchen
I probably have an eating disorder

You don't have an eating disorder, everyone's like that after the fast. Your body needs to make up for an entire day of no food or drink. It's perfectly normal.

My husband and I had tuna fish sandwich with tomatoes, some mushroom barley soup and a entamens doughnut snd chocolate milk for him and a cup of iced blue Powerade for me..

A few bites of tuna with some crackers and Israeli salad
A slice of fresh cheese danish
But then I kept going back to the kitchen to snack on the crumbs, probably the equivalent of another slice
For everyone else I served bagels, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, tuna, Israeli salad, watermelon cheese danish and kokosh cake.
