Too much as usual after a fast.
I feel traumatized that I couldn’t eat all day. My mind tells me to just eat and eat to make up for it. I know it’s not rational.

I had an onion roll with cream cheese
2 slices of homemade cake
A chocolate rugelah
A few bites of penne a la vodka
A few cups of Powerade
And I’m not even full
But I was satisfied 2 hours ago when I was done my meal… but now I can eat again if I had strength to walk down the stairs to the kitchen

I probably have an eating disorder

I'm usually the same way after a fast. I eat to fill the void from all day, and I eat way more than you posted here. I don't have an eating disorder. I once told DH that I probably eat more after a fast than I eat throughout the course of a regular day. But then the next day, I go back to normal. (This year I didn't fast, so I didn't post what I ate.)

Here ya go

Ingredients
¼ cup orange juice

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks

Directions
Mix orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper together in a large non-reactive dish until well combined. Place tuna steaks in marinade and turn to coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove tuna steaks from the marinade and shake off excess; reserve marinade for basting
Cook tuna steaks on the preheated grill for 5 to 6 minutes; flip steaks and baste with reserved marinade. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or to desired doneness. Discard any remaining marinade.

Me too! And the fact that I had a fresh pot of chicken soup sitting in my face now for sure did not help!

But then I kept going back to the kitchen to snack on the crumbs, probably the equivalent of another slice Can't Believe It

For everyone else I served bagels, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, tuna, Israeli salad, watermelon cheese danish and kokosh cake.

You ate much less than the rest of your family. So why do you deserve that emoji at the end more than your other family members??

I always eat much more than that after a fast. My brain doesn't understand what full is, and then I get a stomachache Sad
This time I made a salad bar with many types of vegetables, dressings, and toppings.
The plan was to eat salad before eating anything else.
I did eat 2 cookies before the salad. But then 2 big bowls of salad. Then a (homemade) bagel and another cookie. Then my stomach still hurt but way less than usual. I wanted to eat more.. but I see you know the feeling where you feel starving but are so stuffed I can't get up.
