I'm not trying to make this controversial. We bought Techloq through TAG and it's not working out for us. Maybe it's because their guidelines are too strict for our needs. Our issue is mostly YouTube and we can't get them to approve many videos that we feel are okay. And yes, we've spoken to TAG and Techloq multiple times and no one can seem to make this happen.
We are wondering if a different filter might work better. I'm wondering why TAG no longer sells Gentech; is there a specific reason?
Will we have the same difficulty with YouTube?

Since when did they stop with Gentech? I got Gentech through tag this past summer .

I kind of figured.
GRR, so how can I get a filter that works but won't keep overriding me when I allow my kids a specific YouTube video???

If you want to try Gentech instead, you can go directly to them without Tag.
ETA: I haven’t had a problem with Gentech being willing to approve something like a kid’s YouTube video.
I have some technical problems with it, but I think that’s more related to my phone; my husband has a different type of phone, and doesn’t seem to run into the same issues.

Best is to get an iphone (not android) and use the apple filter which works great and doesn't mess up the phone and you can set to exactly the level you prefer. You can have your husband or someone you trust set a password so you need them to put in password to change any settings. I find that relying on TAG and their constantly changing filtering options is challenging to say the least

Same problem with techloq I had gentech previously and was so much happier. Here Techloq will block something that says childbirth or swimsuit on hm for my 3 year old. I plan on switching back to gentech I just have not gotten back to Tag to disable Techloq...
