I love peanut butter and would be able eat a tub a day if it wouldn't conflict with losing weight. Suggestions to stop myself?

Hope you’re eating the natural one at least. Only ingredient should be peanuts.
Im a fellow PB addict, I eat up to 4TBS a day but when I don’t care about my weight I can eat way more..
