I need to send it for work. The max even with google workspace is 2000. I googled it and a few sites came up that allows you to. Does anyone have any recommendations or to stay away from or any other ideas? Thanks!

I was very happy with MailChimp a few years ago.
You need to use a real email blast service which meets the legal requirements or terms of service. Gmail isn't meant for email blasts. If you try a workaround they will most likely disable your account for violating terms of service.

Your boss needs to purchase a plan with an email platform. (Or depending on your needs, you may be able to get away with a free tier.)
Popular options are mailchimp, mailerlite, convertkit, aweber, constant contact, sendfox
