I bought 12oz of turkey breast and there are 16 pieces inside. If I want to have 4oz of turkey, how many slices would that be?

And just FYI they started putting less pieces in the package. Cuz it used to be about 18- 20 pieces inside

Right, 5-⅓ if all the slices are the same weight.

If you are trying to watch portion sizes, a kitchen scale is a good investment.
