I've heard about this program from some neighbors, where you can order bulk grocery basics at cost.
Money's really, really, really tight. This would be a big help for us.
Is this only for kollel families? Only Rebbe's? We're not either.
How can we sign up?
We live in Lakewood.

I think Chasdei Lev is only for Rebbes. We are a Kollel family and have not gotten it.
But you can try Moadim L'Simcha, which in Lakewood is pretty much for anyone who needs. Google it, you can download the form and order. But price check, I find that not everything is cheaper.
