I personally wouldn’t take such little kids. Unless it’s an infant who doesn’t care one way or the other, the attractions are geared towards adults (or mature school age kids) The mansion tours, Touro Synagogue and cliff walk that are so enjoyable for adults wouldn’t hold their attention one bit
